Recruiting Adda, India’s largest Talent Acquisition community , is thrilled to announce the return of our premier annual Recruitathon : The Recruitment Premier League (RPL) 2026!

Contest Overview

The Recruitment Premier League is the ultimate proving ground for Talent Acquisition professionals. Whether you want to put your advanced sourcing and recruitment skills to the test or you are looking to learn the latest tricks of the trade RPL is designed to challenge and elevate your game, and have some fun too.

Eligibility: Open to all Talent Acquisition and HR professionals, as well as anyone with a passion for recruitment!

How It Works

The hackathon is structured across three competitive rounds:
  • Self-Paced Online Rounds: Rounds 1 and 2 are fully online, allowing you to compete at your own pace within the given timeframes.
  • Guaranteed Advancement: All contestants who complete Round 1 are automatically eligible to compete in Round 2
  • Leaderboards: See where you stand! Official leaderboards will be published at the conclusion of Round 1 and Round 2.

Recruitment Premier League Registrations are Closed

Registration & Account Access

  • 100% Free: Registration and participation are completely free of charge
  • Registration Deadline: The registration window is officially open and will close on
  • Single Entry Policy: Please submit only one application. Multiple registrations from the same individual will be invalidated.
  • Credentials & Logins: Ensure your registration details are accurate, as they will be used to generate your official login. If your contact information changes after registering, please email the organizers immediately to update our system.
  • Receiving Access: Your official login credentials will be generated and emailed to you right at the start of the event.

Global Eligibility & Prizes

  • Global Participation: Talent Acquisition professionals from anywhere in the world are fully eligible to compete and claim their spot on the global leaderboard!
  • Prizes & TASCON Finale: Please note that physical prizes can only be shipped to addresses within India. Additionally, the exclusive invitation to travel and compete in the live finale at TASCON (Round 3) is reserved strictly for the Top 10 winners residing in India.

Technical Policies & Deadlines

  • Official Timekeeping: All deadlines and submission times are strictly governed by the internal system-generated timestamp. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted, and the organizing team assumes no responsibility for missed deadlines.
  • No Individual Feedback: Please note that individual feedback on contest submissions will not be provided.
  • Technical Disclaimer: Recruiting Adda is not liable for any submission errors, incorrect responses, or delays caused by personal equipment, software, network connectivity, or website glitches.

Gameplay, Tools & Scoring

  • Self-Paced Rounds: Rounds 1 and 2 are fully self-paced. You have the flexibility to work on the challenges and submit your answers whenever you are ready during the open timeframes.
  • Permitted Tools: You are welcome to leverage your best tech! The use of any free, paid, or AI-driven tools and platforms is allowed during Rounds 1 and 2.
  • Save & Backup: While the platform automatically saves your progress, we highly recommend keeping a personal backup of your responses in a Word document or Notepad to prevent any accidental data loss.
  • One Final Submission: You only get one shot! Review your work thoroughly before clicking submit. Once you send in your final submission, it cannot be undone or edited.
  • Tie-Breaker Rules: Leaderboard rankings are primarily based on your total points for correct answers. If multiple participants achieve the exact same score, the system timestamp of their final submission will act as the tie-breaker—meaning the person who submitted their answers earlier will rank higher.

Code of Conduct & General Terms

  • Play Fair: We highly encourage all participants to bring a healthy, competitive, and sporting spirit to the hackathon. Let’s play a fair game!
  • Zero Tolerance Policy: Recruiting Adda reserves the right to immediately disqualify and remove any participant found engaging in fraudulent activity, unethical practices, or misconduct.
  • Dispute Resolution & Modifications: Any disputes arising during the contest will be reviewed and resolved at the sole discretion of designated Recruiting Adda officials. Furthermore, Recruiting Adda reserves the right to amend the rules, make changes to the schedule, or discontinue the contest at any time.
