Manisha Chaudhry
Ms. Manisha Chaudhry heads the Career Planning & Development Division (CPDD) at Galgotias University. She holds an LL.M. in Criminology and brings over 19 years of rich experience in training, placements, career guidance, and industry–academia engagement.
Under her visionary leadership, CPDD oversees corporate relations, career development, training, and placements for students across the University. She has consistently worked towards creating extensive employment opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate students by establishing strong connections with leading national and multinational companies and other reputed organizations.
Beyond facilitating placements, Ms. Chaudhry places strong emphasis on career readiness and industry preparedness. She is committed to equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies required to navigate the evolving demands of the corporate world. To strengthen industry exposure, she regularly facilitates interactions with eminent industry professionals and experts who share their knowledge, experiences, and insights into emerging market trends and career opportunities.
Under her leadership, CPDD is actively engaged in collaborating with leading organizations to facilitate internships, training programmes, industry interactions, and skill development initiatives for students. These initiatives are designed to enhance employability, bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, and prepare students for successful professional careers.
