Proof of Skill measures exactly that, with live proctored, screen-recorded work scored by three independent expert validators, so teams hire on evidence instead of claims. He studied Chartered Accountancy & economics at Narsee Monjee, taught himself to code, & has been shipping products since. He led product at DirecƟ, co-founded ThinkScream in WiFi infrastructure where he holds a patent, & built learning systems at SOAL. He has also given four TEDx talks.
